Computer randomly crashes, PFN_LIST_CORRUPT.

My computer has been recently freezing randomly or blue screening to a PFN_LIST_CORRUPT error. The origin of this error is unknown as the computer hasn't ever done this before.

The Motherboard is a Intel D865GBF
The Graphics Card is a nVidia GForce FX 5500
The CPU is a Pentium 4 at 2.4GHz
There are 4 Hard Drives in the machine.
Attached is the minidump of the last crash.
