Computer Randomly Restarts while using, MSOffice and Skyrim

It started to happen when I installed my new Saphirre HD 6850.
I was playing Skyrim, then the computer hangs for a few second and restart.
No BSOD or any crash dump.

I thought maybe the problem was in the game. But it happen again after few days, while using MS Office.

After that, it became frequent. I had 7 crashes in 5 days.

I really don't know whats happening....

Here is my Computer Hardware:

AMD AthlonII X4 640
Sapphire Radeon HD6850
Gigabyte GA-880GM-USB3L
2x2GB DDR3-1333 RAM
Samsung HDD 500GB (HD502HI)
DVD Drive
520 watts PSU

PS. I haven't overclocked anything.

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

If you are overclocking STOP

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.

The procedure:

* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

To ensure minidumps are enabled:

* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

As i mentioned before, i didnt have any BSOD
Also I checked the folder"Minidump", there is nothing in there.

Anyway I applied and enabled minidumps as you instructed.

I have reformat my drive and clean installed windows 7 ultimate. however, i had another crash, while downloading.
NO BSOD and dump files. I am sure that I enabled them before the crash happened.

Ok so if no bsod please provide us with your Event Viewer administrative logs by following these steps:

Click Start Menu
Type eventvwr into Search programs and files (do not hit enter)
Right click eventvwr.exe and click Run as administrator
Expand Custom Views
Click Administrative Events
Right click Administrative Events
Save all Events in Custom View As...
Save them in a folder where you will remember which folder and save as Errors.evtx
Go to where you saved Errors.evtx
Right click Errors.evtx -> send to -> compressed (zipped) folder
Upload the .zip file here.

There are 142 critical errors in the last 7 days alone. Do you have the win 7 dvd to do a repair install?

But how do you do a repair install??

Boot from the dvd and click repair my computer

So, just like how I installed Win7, right?
changing the boot options to the DVD drive.

Also there is a tutorial about repair install in this forum.
Should I follow that?
