Hello, I need help troubleshooting an error that keeps causing my computer to completely restart on me. It's very annoying and I find myself losing work as a result. I will list all the info I have so far, and if anyone can help me troubleshoot or point me in the right direction it would be completely appreciated!

I have attached a copy of the event viewer. I think this is the right place to be looking. I'm not sure though, how to identify which error exactly is the cause, and then how to trouble shoot.

Please let me know if and what else you need from me to properly fix my computer. Thanks again!

Could you give us a little more info here?
What kind of printer is it?
is it connected directly to this machine or via the network?
Can you provide a model number for the computer itself? (or more detailed information if you built it at home)

One set of error logs hardly gives us much to work on.

Printer Info:
Lexmark X4550
Currently hooked up directly to my computer. However, my computer has two users on it, myself and my wife. My wife installed that printer on her user side, and says she never has problems. Whenever I'm working on my end, I have it happen a few times per day. And I don't know 100% for sure that it's the printer, but I thought that even log might tell us.

Thanks in advance. Let me know if you need more info.

Hey, so did this give you the information you needed Maguscreed, or anyone else that has a moment to help? Or were you just focused on making sure to identify me as a noob for not providing enough info lol :D

Sorry I missed your response and yes that was more than adequate.
The first thing I notice is that it's a lexmark, I have seen a similar problem with a lexmark when orangeware is installed to the usb hub.
This would show up in the device manager if it's there and can be safely uninstalled generally without any noticeable effect.

Additionally it couldn't hurt to remove the printer as it is and reinstall using this driver.

Hey, I don't personally see anything labeled as Orangeware. I'll try the drivers suggestion next as well. I just wanted to check and have you confirm that I did in fact look in the right spot, and you also don't see any "orangeware". Screen shot attached.

Also, thanks for the driver link. I'm going to try and see if I can find a new one for the 64 bit system. I appreciate your help!

No, you are clear, but there is a possibility that the webcam is causing a conflict.
