Computer Restarts 3 times During Boot After OC

Hi,after using dual intelligent processors 5 the system restarts 3 times on boot before loading windows,is this normal or ? the software did changes to the CPU and DRAM only.

I'd redo the 5 way optimization. That doesn't seem normal or manually change the things yourself

Yes it's normal as your overclock isn't stable off the bat.
