Ok did that but this time the computer stays on! Only problem is the screen donesnt come back

That indicates a software issue to me... Make sure Windows is not corrupted.

Post back if it continues to show errors after a fourth run or if the first run comes back with no integrity violations. Last time i did this SFC scan it came up with errors...I'm doing it now, hopefully no errors

Based on the results of SFC, I would recommend a http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html of Windows 7. Use steps 1-3 of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/219487-clean-reinstall-factory-oem-windows-7-a.html#post1839164 to get install media and backup your system prior to the repair install.

Is there any other way there is to fix this I have files on my computer which are very important but cannot be dragged any where else

You can use OPTION THREE of http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html and replace the files manually using the tip within that OPTION. After doing so, restart your computer and run SFC /SCANNOW again to see if it still says there are errors it could not fix. If it still says there are errors, then you are left with the repair install again.

I usually recommend the repair install first because manually replacing the files has only worked in about 20% of these cases when I have asked users to resolve the errors themselves.

A repair install will not delete your files. It will leave all of your personal files intact. If you installed Windows 7 from an RTM disc(prior to Service Pack 1) you will have to uninstall the SP1 update to do the repair install.

What James says is also true. The repair install usually goes off without a hitch and the data is left intact.

However, I would still recommend backing up important data first in case a crash occurs during the repair install. I always recommend a backup before a repair install, but especially when the system is unstable as in this case.

Yes, you should backup, and if you have nothing to back up to, you can create a partition on your HDD to save your files to.
