Computer shuts down randomly

i can be doing any thing on my pc and it will shut down with out blue screening then restarts.
i have checked cpu and gpu temps all look ok and have done memtest on each stick which came back with a pass.

any help would be much appreciated.

You might want to read how to properly post a thread. Since i made this mistake, no one helped me out yet.
