Solved Computer shuts down when put to sleep

This been happening more constant now, and I search everywhere. I think is the HDD or maybe my Ram, but I'm not completely sure. This is the prompt I get:

Had a look at your dumps and they are all caused by the driver scmndisp.sys

This is a driver for Netgear Neutral Wireless Solution the driver is dated Wed Jan 17 07:48:03 2007, not sure how such an old driver got on your system but it actually predates win 7 so no suprise its causing you problems
Check out netgear site for your specific hardware and see what drivers/updates you can find

You know what, that actually makes so much sense. Everytime my computer wakes up, sometimes the internet doesn't connect so I have to either restart the computer or connect it manually. Ill update the driver, and let you know in less than 24 hrs if the problem persist. Thank you Pauly!
