Hi, I speak french, so my english isn't perfect, if I wrote something you didn't understand, just tell me and I'll try to better explain.

I have a good computer knowledge, but the problem I have is very, very weird.
I was trying to do a test for the.....

....."indice de performance windows" (sorry I don't know the name in english, my windows 7 is french), but every time i right click properties on the "computer" window, they both disapear...

"indice de performance windows" translates roughly to "Windows Performance Index" otherwise known as "The Windows Experience Index" - Microsoft Windows Help

I watched your video and the behavior displayed could indicate a corrupt or missing system file. The malware that was on your machine could have corrupted, and or replaced certain system files that would be needed to complete the performance/experience indexing, since your operating system (OS) couldn't find these files the OS shuts down the indexing request.

Until you supply the mbam log we won't know how serious the infection was.


In the least, I would run a CheckDisk followed by running SFC /scannow three times as suggested at the first bullet in the blue Note box under Option Two - Step#3. You will want to follow the tutorial in Option two - Step #2 to Scan and Repair System Files and not Step #3 to just verify the files.

If this doesn't help, you may be looking at either a Repair or Clean Install.

No problem while in Safe Mode suggests there is no problem with system files.

If you click on "Afficher d'aultres points de restauration" while in System Restore, do any extra restore points appear?

Your System Restore (SR) points only go as far back as 12/31 - Directx install

It might be worth restoring to that point.
Let's see what Anak's suggestion provides, there might be older SR points.
Note
system restore does NOT affect user files
applications installed after the date of SR need to be re-installed for Windows to recognize them.

In this case, that only Directx and AMD booster, and MS fixit for WMI error 10
If the SR resolved the issue, I would only re-install the MS Fixit for the time being.

Your forum ID might not be mature enough to PM, but try
Click on a user's name in any post, then select "send a private message to ..."


Members don't ask other members to post any private information, including what might be in logs.
You refer to the Mbam log, right? Take a look at it, delete anything you feel is personal information.

If you post a screen shot - always remember to erase / strikeout / any licensing or private information from the image before posting the image.
