Conexant Sound Driver does not install

I would suggest you to first run Windows Updates and then after all the windows updates are installed, restart your computer and download the Conexant High Definition Audio Driver 4.98.5.50 Windows 7 x64 from: http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SOUND-CARD/Conexant/Conexant-High-Definition-Audio-Driver-498550-Windows-7-x64-Windows-8-x64.shtml
