Connect to a WI-FI hotspot

my neighbor is havin a wi fi hotspot but its little bit far to connect thru ma lap. to connect to that wi fi is there anytin tht i cn do. to get a better signal strength

Get closer.....

or at least more within LOS [line-of-sight]. If he has the ability, higher-gain antennae [+7dBi should suffice] could give a boost.
