Recently I purchased a new Dell computer that runs Windows 7 Home Premium edition. I imported my Live Mail accounts. I am unable to attach documents to my email messages. I can no longer right click on EXCEL spreadsheets, Word documents, pictures or PDF files and just send them as I could before. What should I do? Thank you in advance for any guidance you can provide. (please tell me very simply as I am a novice user.)

Welcome

Probably on easy solution is to back up your mail. Go to the control panel (programs) and uninstall windows live essentials (Live mail is a component of Live Essentials). Then install it again, it should be working.

You may need to make sure that Live Mail is the default email program. Excel and Word may be looking for Outlook.
