I have a fujitsu laptop on win7 home premium 32 bit. Like others, I have the enable netbios 53 problem.

I have tried everything and followed other threads to enable the netbios. However, i sill see this error MSG after attempting to enter the password for the time capsule.

Anyone can help? For what it's worth, I have Norman securites suite, and honestly don't know if it has anything to do with it. I also am pretty slow when it comes to computers, so didn't know how to turn off "firewall" and stuff. So really simple step by step instructions are truly extremely appreciated.

Lost in time capsule, DLi

Well, there is an error message saying it cannot connect to my airport disk after I enter the password. The error message is "Could not connect to the disk. Make sure NetBIOS is enabled and try again (53)."

That is why I tried enabling the NetBios through network & sharing center and eventually to Internet Protocol Version 4. In advanced, I clicked WINS and then enable netbios.

Still, no joy.....

Help......!!!!!

go here... make sure it looks like mines...

You shouldn't even be touching NetBIOS and WINS on a Home Network *lol*

Index of /network

In my configuration I have static IPs.. it is really up to you how you want it and how your router is set up.

Do you happen to know how your router is set up

May I get your routers:
Make/Model Version and Firmware

Also may i get a screen shot of your Stats Page on your Routers Web Base configuation Utility.
