At the moment, my Windows 7 machine is freezing, up to a minute, then resuming normal operation for about 30 seconds, then the freezing continues. I'm not quite sure what is causing this. Also, when the computer is having a clean streak, without freezing, occasionally windows take a very long time to open. Help would be greatly appreciated.
As for recent things I have done, I've just attempted to update Steam due to an error, but other than that, nothing else major has been done to my computer.

Hello cicrops. Welcome to Seven Forums!
If you would like for us to be able to effectively help you, we will need you to follow the http://www.sevenforums.com/crashes-debugging/96879-blue-screen-death-bsod-posting-instructions.html Please be sure to do each step, as outlined in the tutorial. By doing this, we will have the necessary information to help you.

Also, I will need you to update your system specs. If you are unsure of what you have, please download Speccy and use it to fill in your System Specs. Underneath your signature, there is drop down menu that says "My System Specs". If you click on it, you will be able to edit your information there.

Thank you,

James
