Contacts in Windows Live Mail or in Windows Explorer

I am using Windows 7 Home Premium with Windows Live Mail for my email.

When I click Contacts in the lower left part of Mail, the contacts are not the same as when I look at Contacts in Windows Explorer. There are some diffences in who is in each list.

I set this computer up such that there is only one user.

Can anyone explain?

Hello CB,

Windows Live Mail uses it's own contacts instead of the ones in your "C:\Users\(user-name)\Contacts" folders.

If you like, you can use the tutorial below to import the contacts from this folder into Windows Live Mail.
