Context menu and shortcut desirable tweaks

I wonder if someone knows tweaks to:

1 - Allow the use of the mouse scroll wheel to scroll the context menu when it gets huge with too many commands/shortcuts, instead of clicking that small arrow.

2 - Make the Windows Update Start menu shortcut open Windows Update and start Check for updates all at once.

Any ideas? TIA.
