Continual download at my desktop

Some type of file download has been going on for over an hour. May have to do with Exlporer. Ink whatever that is. There is no Estimated time left indicated. I could use an assist in trying to get the download to stop. I tried restarting my computer and shut it down completely and restarted. Nothing has worked.

Do you have Ink installed? This seems to be an update that is trying to download.

Check your add/remove programs app.
