Converting Windows 8 visual style to windows 7?

Hello there,
I've been doing some google searching about this but I couldn't find the answer there. Is it possible to convert windows 8 custom themes to windows 7?

Specifically, I'd like to convert these two:
Simplify 8 for Windows 8.1 by dpcdpc11 on DeviantArt
Cosmo for 8.1 by Mahm0udWally on DeviantArt

The best your prob gonna get are the versions those people made for 7 Simplify Slim VS for Windows 7 by dpcdpc11 on DeviantArt Visual styles 7 by Mahm0udWally on DeviantArt The way explore works in 8 is different than 7 so it would be a port and not a conversion per-say. The explorer frames are handled differently I believe.
