I've had this system for about a year and a half yet I've never bothered with over clocking and upgrading my stock cooling.

So I basically have 2 questions.

1 - How effective would water cooling be and what are the costs? I figure if I opt for upgrading my cooling I might as well do it good.

2 - I have an i7 and a GTX 275(might as well get more out of it until I buy my new card), both of which I'm willing to try and OC, but I'm a total noob at OC'ing so some advice on that area would be most welcome.

I was looking at water cooling myself but after a bit of research I found unless you build your own custom made system (expensive enough) there will be no gains as to using a good air cooler like the Thermalright or Noctura over the pre built water systems.

I'm using the Titan Fenrir Pro and I can't fault it,socket temps never went above 48° at 4.0GHz on the phenom 555 b.e and it cost me €50 delivered :)
