I am just really tight on keeping my system clean and tidy with everything doing what it shoud be.

A triangle in device manager will gnaw at me all day and night until i resolve it!! :)

did you download the link provided by Dwarf ? or did you go from device manager and allowed windows to update from there ? :confused:

weird thing aswell.......... for a little while i had 2 versions of nvidia control panel in my control panel......... one of them has now gone but the coprocessor thingy is still there. :(

ok coldpost, try loading the drivers in compatibility mode if that still doe'nt help, uninstall the graphics re install the chipset driver as per the link Dwarf gave you the reinstall the graphics ;)

A coprocessor usually is an IC that will help your mainboard manage something, in my MB, it manages power management (and overclock). Open my link, the one under "Utility", install... see if it "cures" your issue.
