Solved Corrupt W7 files - help deciphering CBS.log file

I am having trouble deciphering the corrupt files in my CBS log from my sfc/scannow (attached). Can anyone help me read this and tell me which files are corrupt? Thanks.

I know how to replace the corrupt files with the great tutorial here, so thanks for that.

Ended up doing repair install. Everything is A-OK now. SFC found no corrupt files.
