I get this error Windows could not connect to System Event Notification Service. After I make changes in service.msc in SENS and COM+ Event System and use netsh winsock reset command the error is corrected, but when I next turn on computer it will happen again. What is causing this error and is some way to correct this for good? The version of system is Windows Professional 7 64 bit.
