could not install network controller

I tried my best and could not install network controller.When tried to install Intel PROWinx64 error message
"cannot install drivers. No Intel(R) adapters are present in this computer". I had uploaded my full system info text file for your ref. Pl help. Thanks in advance.

Hi .. Did you Install the Wireless Card ? Does it show in the Device Manager ? ... Have you any errors in the Device Manager ? ..

No sir. Wireless Card is not installed.it is not shown in the Device Manager and hence no erros. I installed virtual router and it could not be edited and managed since error message "Could not manage since the service is not running." was displayed. I am having a laptop and want to connect it wireless with my pc.

OK go to device manager with the network group expanded take a screen shot by pressing alt+ prtsc key then go to paint view then paste then save then upload the pic here. if you are trying to use wireless you need a wireless card to be physically installed. then load the drivers for the card.
