Solved CPU Cooler Suggestions Please!

Hi all. I'm looking forward to buy a low cost CPU Cooler so the one that is within my range which is available is Xigmatec Loki, Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro and Cooler Master Hyper 212 Plus. But CM Hyper 212+ is not available anymore anywhere as i think it is discontinued product and Freezer 7 Pro will be available in few days but the reason i did'nt like it is that it has same Clips just like Intel Stock Cooler that needs to be locked to fit the cooler on the CPU. Xigmatek Loki not only cost less than both but has a decent look too. So my question is how's the performance of Xigmatek Loki on stock settings and is it better as compared to Intel Stock Cooler? There is a newer model of the Hyper 212+ that is called an Evo, I believe. That's my suggestion, because I own 2 of the Hyper212+ and they are still the best air cooler on the market.

Yes i agree 212 evo is newer n better but its twice price and my budget for cooler is 25 usd coz i need to buy Rams, HDD and CCFL LED too

My suggestion would be wait till you can find the little extra in the budget and use the time to hunt for sales. $25.00 usd isn't bad but it won't get you the performance you likely seek. Once you get into the $50.00-80.00 usd range then your options are plenty ! Cooling isn't an area you want to skimp unless your machine is always in a AC room and your not OC'g or pushing the rig too hard. Maybe this could be a time to jump into sealed water systems?

Price doesn't determine quality, but at the same time, I wouldn't skimp on cooling for a processor. The Hyper212+ still sells here for $20, so if that means the Evo is $40-$50, that's still a lot of value for the cost. I would do without CCFL LEDs for now instead of a good cooloer, if it was my system. Or, I'd add a little more to the budget.

Guys i ordered Xigmatek Loki SD963 as Hyper 212+ is'nt available anywhere here for now and i cannot increase the budget or wait to add more money. I'll be running my system at stock clocks and needs to buy other things too. Yes stormy13 Amazon dont ship to pakistan thats why i ordered from a local website coz international cost too much just to ship to pakistan and takes weeks to deliver. My main purpose was to get rid of intel stock cooler and use something that'll work better than stock cooler and look good through the side window
