CPU not works

He didn't need to answer it directly. The "new" cpu is an i5-750.

CPU works

CPU works, problem was in MSI mother, mother has 4 DDR slot, 2 is blue and another 2 black, I have CPU i5 750 and i3 550, when I set memory in blue slots PC doesn't boot up with i5 750 but boots up normally with i3 550! replacing Memory in black slots PC boots up with i5 750 normally, :(, Sorry for my bad english
