CPU Overheating problems

I have been monitoring my CPU temperature and it turns off at 88C while playing counterstrike, which is expected but I'm not sure why I am producing such high temperatures because I have a solid Artic Cooler heatsink, 4 Fans including the CPU fan, an additional 3 from the graphics cards, good ventilated case. PSU is corsair CX750 and my graphics card is Gigabyte 2GB OC GTX770.

What is the maximum rated temperature of the CPU?

This sounds like a problem with the thermal paste compound sitting between the CPU and fan. Remove the fan and clean off the old paste using an alcohol rub. Now apply new paste and reseat the fan again.

Also clean all intake and exhaust fans and air passages as well as the CPU and GPU heat sinks and their fans !

No wonder. Your CPU has 125 Watts. You need watercooling. Will be very difficult with air. As a first measure take the side panel off the box.

The max temp for your cpu is 65c but the Fx 8350 can be a toasty cpu even without an oc if you don't have a decent cooler. If re applying the thermal paste doesn't help then I would suggest you either lower your overclock or upgrade your cooler. What voltage are you using for the 4.3GHz?

Those temps are going to kill the cpu eventually. I would set the BIOS to opt defaults until you fix this heat issue.

The 8350 needs a very high performance air cooler on the cpu, a dual fan unit if you want a small OC. To achieve the best performance you should use CooLabs Liquid Ultra TIM, this product can add 10-15C drops in temps.

The inside of the computer must be clean and no dust build up on the fans.

That means you have 3 case fans, what size are they and what is the flow in cfm? 2 intake and 1 exhaust? 3 or 4 intake and one exhaust would be better. Can you increase the case fan RPM?

Your gpu generates a lot of heat inside the case, this hurts the cpu coolers performance. Can you add a top or side fan, a 200mm or larger? The case should cool better with the sides on if you have adequate air flow.
