Today I have done a complete dismantle and re-seat. I made it sure that there is no loose wires. The case speaker was already connected. But I never got any beep sound. About the standoffs .... the applied PINs are .... One mounting hole of the motherboard does not have a supporting pin, BTW. Now it is running. But I have to wait to decide upto tomorrow, when I will do another cold start. When the machine is already hot, boot ... reboot etc are not a problem.
Steve, I am really thinking that it is the RAM that is the issue, but I am wondering why it is failing when it is cold and why it is working perfectly when it is hot. I wish I could come to know it.
Though I will let memtest86+ run this night.
