CPU Spiking and super slow

I am going to build a new PC anyways, but I want to find out why my CPU is spiking, everytime I open Chrome and search it freezes, or when I open Firefox it freezes. This happens everytime I open something that is CPU intensive.

Hello Razor mate how are the temps on the CPU? Try Speccy and let us know what it registers when this happens.

Speccy - Standard

start the Speccy running and then try the FF or whatever.

Thanks, my CPU temp is well in the 50 degrees, when I open firefox it goes up to 52.

Next thing Razor how are the PSU readouts try this but please be very careful with handing the PSU at all I know I probably don't need to tell you this but....
