what is the best program to check my intel i7 2600k is not throttling when at full load?

Use Task Manager
Also you can use Everest,Core Temp,CPU-Z...

pardon my ignorance but how does cpu-z or task manager show cpu thermal throttling?

its ok i just snaped out of day dream mode its ok i got it so the cpu will have a temp it reaches then i would notice it drop its frequency.

does any on know the temp for thermal throttling on the i7 2600k
