All of a sudden, my CPU usage seems to stay at a minimum of 25%. Resource monitor shows svchost.exe (netcvs) taking up 25% of CPU. Might I have a virus. I noticed this problem occur a short while after I gave the admin password for Foxit PDF reader when it asked for changing file permissions. Could Foxit be carrying some virus or am I missing something here?
