Just a quick question regarding my cpu usage . I'm running an i5 3570 @ 4.5ghz , with 8gb of corsair ram @1600 . Is it normal that my cpu is running at 4.3ghz whilst streaming a movie ? It isn't constant it jumps from between about 5% up to 95% . I'm using the intel turbo boost desktop gadget to monitor the usage.I've just noticed that it really only happens right at the beginning of whatever I'm watching , or whilst it is buffering.
