cpu usage stock at 100%

can any one help me??? my cpu usage is stock at 100% for several days now, and it's really starting to slow my pc. I'm kinda a noob in this kind of things ... what should i do???

Obviously you have a rather bad problem - Run the task Manager and check which service is tying up your CPU. Thats the first step anyway. The biggest user should be "System Idle Process" and it should be taking up about 99% of your CPU time. Good luck. :):):)

all I see is that perfmon.exe, sidebar.exe, and chrome.exe is eating up my CPU should I stop them???

Look at the percentage of CPU time used by each - the "System Idle Process" should be using about 99% unless another specific operation is being performed. When your system gets "tied up" take a look and see who has the lions share of the CPU's time. Then look at it again after this problem disappears - you should see some differences.:):):)

And try stopping the sidebar service - see what happens

You could also take a screenshot of your task manager and show us. :)

ok i did something that i read in another site, now my CPU usage when I turn on the Pc is 100% it last for 2 -3 hrs then became next to nothing .... should I still be worried???
