I've been having issues with the speed of my computer, it isn't a virus, I know this.
So I've been looking into it and on CPU-z my ram is at 665 MHz and my cpu is at 3392 MHz

My ram should be at 1600 MHz and CPU should be at 3200 MHz

Could this be associated with the problem?
Anyone want to decipher this?

I have no altered my bios in any way

Mmm...CPU is lowering speed to reduce heat, nothing uncommon, change power plan to high performance or load some stress program like winrar benchmark and see processor catch up the speed in a couple of seconds, and the ram check in cpu-z spd tab and see whats read there.

Your memory is running at its correct speed (or, more correctly, the default). By default, this will be 667MHz. To run it at its advertised speed of 800MHz, you will need to enable the XMS mode in the BIOS.

As regards CPU frequency, do you have Turbo Boost enabled in the BIOS? It might be enabled by default.

See the motherboard manual for details.
