First, thanks for reading over this. I'll try to keep it short, but detailed.
Crash (no BSOD) during Guild Wars 2 (again), multiple crashes still occurred after each of the below attempts
First off, I just did a complete re-install of Windows 7 less than 6 weeks ago due to issues with the system not allowing any updates to be applied

Tried:
read logs, found error with AMD audio driver - uninstalled audio driver, rebooted, downloaded most recent AMD software, installed and rebooted
ran SFC /scannow - no errors
clean boot by turning off everything except Microsoft components in msconfig - rebooted
checked Device Manager - no yellow exclamation marks
cleaned logs
ran SFC /scannow again
cleaned DNS cache due to an error which I have cleared and don't remember exact number DCOM 1054, I believe.
Still seeing issues with amdkmafd driver (amd audio)
Found an error related to WUDFRd failing to load - changed setting for Windows Driver Foundation - User-mode Driver Framework from manual to automatic in services.msc
Set windows options under Properties -> Advanced -> Performance -> settings to "Adjust for best performance"

Will be running Memtest 86+ again tonight, but already ran this about 8 weeks ago for 48 hours with zero errors, so doubtful it will find anything.
Anyone have any thoughts besides another clean install?
Due to my cleaning of the logs, and only one crash since then, there may not be enough available information in the logs to help. If not, I'll post a new .zip file in a few days (or at least 5 more crashes).

Lastly, while typing this, I did notice that the High Definition Audio Controller in Device Manager had a yellow exclamation mark next to it. I did right click and allow windows to install the driver. 2 hours ago, there was not a yellow mark there. I'll be keeping my eye on that too.

Running
AMD FX 8150 CPU (applied Windows 7 hotfixes for this CPU, didn't help)
Dual AMD Radeon 6950 cross-fired video cards
16GB RAM
Full system specs are on my profile.

Is Windows fully updated? Install ALL updates.

Afterwards, please do the following:

Run Driver Verifier for 24 hours or the occurrence of the next crash, whichever is earlier.
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/101379-driver-verifier-enable-disable.html

Driver Verifier will cause your computer to run very sluggishly - this is normal. What it is trying to do is force your system to BSOD and isolate the offending driver/s. When it does, reboot, disable driver verifier, reboot as normal and upload the new dmp file/s here.

I recommend creating a system restore point before turning on driver verifier:
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/697-system-restore-point-create.html

If your system fails to boot to desktop once driver verifier is enabled, turn it off by booting into Safe Mode:

Golden,
Windows is almost fully updated. For some reason IE 8 is still on this machine and it fails to update via Windows Update, or by using the offline installer. The offline installer sends me to the microsoft site with the list of prerequisites, and I have checked all of them. All are installed, but the upgrade from 8 to 11 fails and I have been unable to find IE 9 or 10 to attempt to do a "step-up" upgrade. Additionally, 2 MS Office updates will not download due to "unknown error".

I followed your instructions above with one caveat, I uninstalled Razor Synapse (for my mouse) as I saw an error with "rzpmgrk.sys" and my computer never hung or blue-screened while Verifier was running. However, when Windows suggested the update, I downloaded it, and the system crashed again during the attempt at installing, calling out the same .sys file. I also tried grabbing the install file from the manufacturers website with the same results. So, I may have found the culprit, but not the solution, other than leave Razor Synapse off of my system.

New logs are attached.

Not directly related to halt/crash, but below is the error generated in IE11_main file, located at C:\Windows when the install for IE 11 fails:

00:11.029: INFO: Launched package installation: C:\Windows\SysNative\dism.exe /online /add-package /packagepath:C:\Windows\TEMP\IE15AB.tmp

\KB2670838_amd64.cab /quiet /norestart
00:21.138: INFO: Process exit code 0x800B0100 (-2146762496) [No signature was present in the subject. ]
00:21.138: ERROR: Error installing prerequisite file (C:\Windows\TEMP\IE15AB.tmp\KB2670838_amd64.cab): 0x800b0100 (2148204800)
00:21.169: INFO: Setup exit code: 0x00009C57 (40023) - Prerequisites failed to install.

Confirmed that KB2670838 is not installed, so I downloaded Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64 from Microsoft, and when running receive "This update is not compatible

with your computer". For giggles, I attempted the x86 version with the same result.

Downloaded SP1 ISO and attempted to install from disk, recieved an Installation was not successful error of "TRUST_E_NOSIGNATURE(0x800b0100) and a

recommendation to install the Check for System Update Readiness tool (KB947821-v31-x64). This update took over 30 min to install.

Attempted a repair install with my original disk - error of this OS is not compatible with your current system. Slipstreamed my original Windows 7 Ultimate

install disk with SP1 and attempted a repair install but recieved a lovely message of: "To upgrade Windows, the Users, Program Files, and Windows directories

need to be on the same partition. Upgrading when these directories are not on the same partition is not supported." Perhaps there is a workaround for this?

Currently my User, program files, docs, pics, etc. are on my D: drive, and the default install is also my D: drive (set in the registry). I am considering

creating empty folders on the C: drive, and relinking the directories in the OS as well as resetting the registry to point to C: to attempt the upgrade.

However, this will most likely cause all currently installed programs to stop functioning. If I am going to do a fresh reinstall of Windows, I'll upgrade my

SSD from 64GB to 256GB first.

Ran Windows6.1-KB2670838-x64 again, and now states that it is not aplicable to my system.
IE 11 fails again with Error Code 9C57, so I ran the Fix It located at Fix problems that programs cannot be installed or uninstalled which detected no

problems. So I ran MicrosoftFixit50123 as recommended on yet another one of Microsoft's suggestions and now when trying to install SP1, I get the error:

ERROR_ALREADY_EXISTS(0x800700b7)
IE 11 still failes with Error Code 9C57. - Rebooted.SP1 install from disk, still unsuccessful with same error as above. IE 11 install attempt, same error as

above.
Checked IE11_main file again, same error as quoted at the beginning of this response post.

I'm completely out of ideas besides a complete wipe and reinstall. While that would take far less time than I have already dedicated, I would not learn near as much from that process as I have from the above attempts (and possible further attempts) to fix the issue.

Any ideas?

Lets first deal with the BSOD. Please confirm whether you are still getting BSOD's or not.

I only get a BSOD when Windows Update installs the Razor package. I turned Verifier back on in order to facilitate a BSOD, and the had to do a system restore to prior to the Razor install. I have attached the log files.

With the changes made to the system over the last several days, I plan to leave Verifier on for the time being.

OK. I suggest leaving the Razor drivers uninstalled - it's been a common problem recently.

Will do. I have hidden the update on Windows Update so that it will no longer automatically install.
I am extremely curious as to why my IE will not update. Perhaps I should start a new thread and mark this as solved since the Razor driver/software appears to have been the crash/hang issue.

Computer is still randomly shutting down. i checked the settings on Verifier, and apparently it was not running again (possibly shut off due to the System Restore I had to do to remove Razor). I have turned Verifier back on. Please let me know what you'd like me to post. Thanks,

You only need to run Verifier if you are trying to cause a crash.

If you have uninstalled the Razor drivers, keep Verifier turned OFF - you don't need to have it on.

The Razer drivers were the culprit in my case. As for the computer randomly shutting down, I swapped out my 4 year old sealed liquid cooler on the CPU for a Cooler Master Evo 212, and the random shutdowns stopped.
