Crash to Client-Please Help

Sorry it took so long to get back didn't feel well yesterday. I uninstalled it and re-installed again. I have defragmented the drive a couple times. Yesterday it ran okay. A few drops and one blue screen but today dear lord it is back to step one. Hubby uninstalled the driver for the video card and went back one but I think i may have done something to screw it up. I know the game run's directx 9 and I think my computer is running directx 11 would that be causeing my issue? Someone mentioned to me it could be sound card problem to. Would a sound card cause constant crashing though?

Welcome back. We could use the most recent DMP just to see if it is still being caused by the same thing. If it still points to the same cause we may need to get more aggressive. The next step would be to use driver verifier. Before we do you need to have a current backup and a win 7 dvd. Let us know when thats done.


Audio driver can conflict with BIOS and cause constant BSOD's.

When we get the most recent DMP we can look at the age of all the drivers just in case.

How hot is your graphics card getting? What driver do you have installed/had installed..I ask because of this posting in the forums about Nvidia drivers frying cards.
