Crashes during internet scrolling and media playing

Windows 7 Proffesional
-x86 64 bit
-original OS
-full retail version
-system was built by myself in December 2010. everything was brand new
-on original OS install

Seems to trip due to graphics issue. Often while browsing the web and when you try to scroll it freezes up and then dumps. Pretty much every time while trying to play a video through media center is crashes.. I tried removing the ATI CCC and just install the driver, but still have the BSOD and dump then restart. It has done this since I built the system but I finally got fed up and want to do something about it.

4gb OCZ
ATI Radeon 4350 HD 1 gig graphics card
Core i5 750 processor
WD Caviar Black 500 gig hard drive

Just curious if I posted the correct info for people to provide assistance. Most threads seem to get at least a comment or suggestion for more testing within a couple of hours and I haven't seen anything. It has crashed at least once the past 3 days. Today was an atikmpag.sys error. I'm pretty sure other times it is an atikmdag.sys error.
