Crashes when I close my laptop lid

So I had fixed this problem before, for a whole 2 weeks or so. Then it started up again. Before, I just ran Driver Reviver and it pretty much fixed everything.

System Specs:
Windows 7 Professional x86
Intel Core 2 Duo 1.60 GHz
4.00 GB (2.90 usable) RAM

Now the same problem came up again. Except this time, it doesnt always bluescreen. Instead it does some black crash report thing)

You dont have any minidump in your folders.

To enable minidump please read this,

Copy\paste this >---> sysdm.cpl in start search,then click in the appeared sysdm.cpl
Click on the Advanced tab.
Click on the Startup and Recovery Settings button.
Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump 256 kB in the dropdown box.
Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump
Click OK twice to exit the dialogs, then reboot for the changes to take effect.
Now we must wait for a new crash\bsod to occur.

And upload again here the new folders.

Ok I believe I replicated the crash again. The crash changes every now and then. Sometimes it doesn't crash, sometimes it BSODs sometimes it just won't start up again and sometimes it goes to some screen where it says something along the lines of "media cable disconnected" (its a black screen).

Anyways here's the new zip file (hopefully with minidumps)

When I enabled minidumps using your instructions, it said Small memory dump 128 kB in the dropdown rather than 256 kB. I selected that hoping you meant 128 kB.

Again no minidumps.

If you use any cleaner stop.

Tip: Also during hard disk clean up you delete minidumps.

Run http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/1538-sfc-scannow-command-system-file-checker.html you may need to run it 2-3 times to "fix" everything.

Check in C:\windows\minidump.(*.dmp)

Ok well I ran the System File Checker 3 times and it seemed to fix whatever it needed to fix in the first run. My minidump folder is empty and I can't seem to replicate the crash again. I will update this thread as soon as it happens though

A question,you had\have just a crash or crash\bsod?

it was a bsod... At the bottom of the blue screen, it said "collecting dump files" so i waited until it said "complete" then i shut down my computer

Ok well I realized it was on kernel dump so i changed it. i replicated the crash. I checked and there is no minidump folder within my windows directory. Instead, I found a file named Minidump that is ~300 MB large within my windows folder. Is that the right file?

The minidump default location is C:\Windows\Minidump,in this folder find (if you have) the most recent minidumps,zip them and upload them here.

I did... there is no Minidump folder within the C:Windows

Update your graphics software\driver.

I used intel driver update utility to check for any graphics updates and nothing

I cant seem to replicate the crash scenario anymore... Now it won't crash. I guess I'll update this post if it happens again...
