Crashing windows media player

Hello,
I have windows 7 32 bit HP desktop. 1/ click W.M.P. then click on videos, the videos appear but within a few seconds the page turns white followed by W.M.P.
has stopped working. this is a permanent fault for a few days.
Always the same never varies. Does somebody have any idea what is wrong.

I notice that you haven't completed your entries in "My System Specs"
- what graphics card you are using..?

This is almost definately caused by incompatible codecs which you have installed.
