Crashing/Restarting with Graphical issues

So I purchased this computer around 3 1/2 months ago and a few weeks ago it started restarting when i would bump it and i reseated the gpu and memory and it worked fine.
So a few days ago it showed what i can only think of as white noise with colors and then restarted saying it was a bsod and sometimes the display driver stops working and then recovers.
All my drivers are up to date so i'm not sure what the problem was. (Btw my Gpu is a XFX HD 6450)
I attached the BSOD log so maybe some of you can make sense of it. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! (Also i realize my communication is not that great so feel free to ask lots of questions)

I ran the test and it came up with no errors. What programs should I use to check everything else?

Try to put in your harddrive to another computer and see if the BSOD occurs there.
