hey all, yesterday I have bought myself a new headset which is well known for its fairly low price combined with a good quality device. I'm talking about the Creative Fatal1ty headset.

The reason I bought this headset was because my laptop's built-in mic is from a very crappy quality (the quality of the recorded audio is very poor). So now I have this headset there is one big problem, whenever I record sound or speak through Skype with my family/friends the headset is plugged in (and yes, I have plugged it in the correct headphone jack and microphone jack) into my laptop. But the sound that is being recorded is still being recorded by the built-in microphone and not by the microphone that is attached to my headset. How do I disable the built-in mic?

This is really annoying me...

kindly regards
