I just upgraded to windows 7 from XP. Everything went fine for a couple of days when my graphics card went dead (XFX 7900GS). I switched cards with my son (9500 GT) and sundenly my CPU is pinned at 100%. After lots of research and dissabling just about everything in BIOS and starting in Safe Mode...nothing...still pinned at 100% I downloaded creative labs and XFX windows 7 drivers...no help! Finally I removed the sound card and all problems solved-except now Im using onboard sound. Do I have an issue with sound card compatability issues with windows 7 or the graphics card (XFX 9500 GT) as everything worked fine with the 7900GS for a few days.
