creative may not have a win 7 driver, but you can use vista, or xp drivers. they just need to be installed in compat mode.

That would be because there isn't now and never will be a Windows 7 (or Vista for that matter) driver for that card. You can find the list of cards that will here,

That being said there is a modded driver that works with that card (#4 here),

If you decide to try it, make sure to uninstall any drivers and/or applications previously installed.
