Also how can I change the Skype Icon manually, changing it from Program Files or Taskbar. Doesn't give the option, does this on 2 pcs. How can I change it manually?

And how can I change those Notification Area Icons?

Fixed the Skype issue, made a shortcut on Desktop to it manually by typing the location in, repinned it to Taskbar, then could change.

But the notification area Icon for Skype is the same, and I want all the others changed, how?

that seems odd as this is what i get from the tasbar shortcut, its not greyed out and i have options

Maybe you created your shortcut manually like I did after I figured it out or it is a newer/older version of Skype as my target box looks different to yours too.
