Custom start orb not working

So I've been trying to use this particular windows start orb but it doesn't seem to be working for some reason. Other ones work just fine. Can anyone tell my whats wrong with it?

Im using "Windows Start Orb Changer v5" that I downloaded from here. When I try to change it it appears blank like this.

That start orb must be corrupt did the same for me, I used the 1 that came with the changer and it worked.

Corrupt? Is there any way I can get it working again? I really like the style of it. Thanks for the assistance.

I just tried with Photoshop to fix it and it's not working, you will need to look for a new 1.

Did you use Universal Theme Patcher?
Never mind it did not help.
