customize windows explorer navigation bar

can i customize windows explorer navigation panel, like change its colour, fonts & icons ?

Yes you can change all that by right clicking the desktop and going to customize and in the change color window there should be another link at the bottom that will let you customize all the navigation bars and so on you speak of.

not the bar .. .navigation panel... the one on the left in oll openet windows

Sorry, I should have read that better, I don't know how you would change that.
