Windows 7, word 7 and IE11, I don't know if this is a user problem or windows problem. I am sure I have been able to do this before. I want to copy part of a word document or part of an outlook.com email and put it in a new folder that I created. I have been trying to cut and paste. I highlight what I want to copy. Rt, click and the list of options pops up. I hit copy( cut and paste are there but they are greyed out). I go to the folder I created and right click. A list pops up but paste does not appear. I tried dragging and dropping. Would not work. I can drag and drop photos. Is there something wrong with Windows or with me??? Thanks
