I am using a HP laptop with windows 7 (32bit)OS .Recently i installed vmware workstation(windows 2003 server),then the problem started.My Data card is not detecting when i insert it into a USB Drive,it's keep on saying initializing Tata Photon.Now am unable to access internet.Please give the solution,Thanks.

I am assuming by Data card you mean a wireless internet connection device. Try turning the vmware off and inserting it, then restart vmware. You may check for updated drivers/firmware for the Tata Photon.
