USB Not detecting in Windows 7 ultimate

Dear All,,,

Pls help me asap..as my laptop of sony vaio (windows 7 ultimate 32 bit) .is not detecting hard disk / nexus mobile. With previous OS of windows 8,,it was working fine. M in no mansa land as my laptops hard disk is almost full and m nt able to download any big size files like full movie....
Pls assist urgently...My OS is up to date till yesterday...Pls let me know if any Drivers for the same can help me out.

Hello and welcome vikas mate it is really hard without some system specs and just to get it clear in my mind did you say the hard drive previously had Windows 8 on it ? If so did you install over the top of the 8 or wipe and format the drive before you installed the Windows 7?

Welcome to Seven forums.

Please let us know if you have done clean install or a parallel install of windows 7. Also, let us know if you have installed the correct drivers for your system.

Kindly post the screenshot of your device manager and if you need help in getting the screenshot follow this.

Kindly update your system specs here by following this.

Keep us posted with the results so we can advise you further.

Hmm Sandeep this was some time ago I asked for some specs as the chap seemed to be in a rush to get it done. It is a problem I find that system specs are never set up when folks join up.
