data recovery in windows 7

Previously I was using Windows xp. I have hp p4 desktop. I installed Windows 7 on in my computer without doing any partition. I had data in which I was stored while using xp. But after installing new OS (7) iam unable to find it. It is showing only one C drive. In xp I had both C&D drives. But in the disk management it is showing like there is no space in HDD.I had a data about 120gb. Now I got only 90 gb for c drive. Remaing all space has been used. Pls tell me how can I recover my data back. I need it very badly please.

Try minitool data recovery or the other 2 to restore your partitions.

You cannot upgrade xp to 7, it wipes out all data and drives.

This is why when installing windows you should always unplug any extra Hard drives in your system.
