I tried to run defrag tonight, but it doesn't run. Any suggestions about what the problem is? Thanks!

Did it give you any error messages or anything when you tried to run it?
In the mean time, you might consider trying the free Auslogics Disk Defrag program. I think it's better, but you might see for yourself.
