How to delete XP partition from Windows 7/XP dual boot?

I have XP and Windows 7 64 bit both installed on my computer and want to delete the xp partition that I no longer use. The problem is that my XP partition is the primary, active and system partition! I really made a mess for myself when I partitioned my computer. Below is an image of disk management. XP is on D, 7 is on C. Thanks in advance!

How do I turn C into the primary, active, and system partition and D into the logical partition?

I managed to use a combination of partition assistant, disk manager, easybcd, and the repair disk to change C to primary, then active, and then system. Thanks everyone!

Please reboot your PC and tap F8. Is Repair My Computer on the top of the Advanced Boot Options? If not it is because EasyBCD still does not do that, and until it does cannot be considered a Best Practice or even a good one if it leaves a User without the onboard Repair console.

During Win7 beta these forums developed the Best Practice to Mark Partition Active then run Startup Repair - Run up to 3 Separate Times to move the System boot files, which has worked for tens of thousands of users successfully ever since.
